Delivery & returns

Delivery

• Cost: free to UK addresses.
• Production: every print is made to order and usually dispatched within 1–3 working days.
• Delivery time: typically 2–4 working days after dispatch. You’ll receive a tracking link by email.
• Where we deliver: UK addresses only at the moment.

Packaging

Prints travel flat in a rigid board-backed envelope or rolled in a sturdy tube, depending on size. Rolled prints relax within a day or two flat under a few books.

Damaged or faulty prints

If your print arrives damaged, or there is a printing fault, email a photo to hello@mapandmotto.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll reprint and resend it free of charge.

Returns

Because each print is personalised and made to order, it is exempt from the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, so we can’t accept returns for change of mind. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or not as described.
